Career Opportunities
- Certified Skill Trainer: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (subject to certification performance).
- Master Trainer: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
- Additional contract-based assignments under Government and Corporate Skill Development Projects.

Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant educational qualification as prescribed by the respective Sector Skill Council.
- Practical work experience in the relevant domain.
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Passion for mentoring and developing future professionals.
Trainer Certification
Trainers are certified by the respective Sector Skill Council (SSC) under the
National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). The certification remains valid for
four years and can be renewed as per applicable guidelines. This certification
serves as professional recognition for delivering skill training across India.
